This gig includes:

1: Your wordpress theme same as your static html website.
2: Responsive behaviour of theme depends on your existing website, if your static website is responsive, then wordpress site will also be responsive.
3: Content will be same as in your existing site, no extra content upload. 

Theme will be fully dynamic and i will provide documentation for each part of theme , so user can change content easily .
